Assessment

Workup without medication

Body composition, hormone and metabolic bloodwork, and a plan. Some patients need this before deciding, and some need only this.

bloodwork from

What gets measured

Body composition

  • InBody analysis rather than weight alone
  • Skeletal muscle mass tracked alongside fat mass
  • Segmental readings, so loss is visible by region
  • Repeated three times across an eight-week course

Bloodwork

  • Hormone and basic immunity panel
  • Metabolic markers relevant to obesity medicine
  • Food allergy testing, 90 items, where indicated
  • Gut microbiome testing as an optional add-on
Weight is the least useful number. A scale cannot tell you whether the loss came from fat or muscle. That distinction is the point of measuring composition instead.

The eight-week programme

  • 1:1 consultation with the clinic director
  • Blood panel to establish a baseline
  • Three InBody body composition analyses
  • Prescription weight management medication
  • Three diet IV therapy sessions
  • Two body slimming injections
  • One cellulite reduction treatment
  • Todak burning booster, included

total, 10% VAT applies on top. Eight weeks, all sessions included.

Frequently asked

Do I have to take medication?

No. Some patients come for body composition assessment and bloodwork and leave with a plan and no prescription. Whether medication is appropriate is decided at consultation.

Is there a minimum BMI?

There is no fixed number applied on arrival. Body composition, metabolic markers, and history are assessed together. Patients already at a healthy body composition seeking cosmetic weight loss are declined.

How long does a course usually run?

GLP-1 treatment is reviewed at regular follow-ups. The eight-week supervised programme is the shortest structured course offered. Many patients continue beyond it with follow-up done remotely.

What happens to muscle mass?

That is what InBody analysis is for. Weight alone does not distinguish fat loss from muscle loss, and rapid loss without protein intake and resistance work costs muscle.
